Accepted payment methods
We accept the credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary based on device, location, order value, and payment provider. The payment methods shown during checkout are the authoritative list for your order.
Authorization and charges
When you submit an order, you authorize Elanora G and its payment service providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including the product price, shipping, and applicable taxes. Your bank may place a temporary authorization hold before the charge is completed. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation.
Payment security
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers using security controls designed for online transactions. Elanora G does not receive or store your complete payment card number. You are responsible for using an authorized payment method and providing accurate billing information.
Taxes and shipping
Any applicable tax and shipping charge will be shown before you submit payment. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is USD $60.00 or more after discounts and before taxes. A USD $7.99 standard shipping charge applies below that threshold.
Declined or suspicious payments
A payment may be declined by the bank or payment provider. For fraud prevention and account security, we may request reasonable verification, limit quantities, or cancel an order when billing information cannot be verified or unauthorized activity is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment was completed, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
No recurring billing
Unless a product or service is clearly identified as a subscription before checkout and you expressly agree to it, purchases from Elanora G are one-time transactions and are not automatically renewed.

For a billing question, email service@elanorag.com and include your order number. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
